Start with one product
Our proposed scope is one trade partner, one brewery, 1–5 products, Japanese and English, and one use such as an internal sales sheet. Complete one product before deciding whether to add more.
What you receive
A source register; a product record with field status; a questions-and-decisions log; Japanese and English sheet drafts; and a closing review. Each approval identifies the reviewer and version.
How the work runs
Set the scope and permissions. Organise sources. Ask the named reviewer to resolve questions. Draft the sheets. Each reviewer checks their part. Items waiting for a reply stay pending.
What we measure
Time spent checking and preparing each product sheet, open fields and correction rounds. We compare the same task with your current process where a comparable baseline exists.
