DATA GOVERNANCE
Keep knowledge useful by keeping its authority and context visible.
Our target governance model connects source, ownership, approval, version and permitted use.
Governance principles
- Authority: identify who supplied and who may approve information.
- Provenance: retain source context and evidence references.
- Status: distinguish draft, approved, rejected, outdated and illustrative records.
- Versioning: record meaningful changes and current state.
- Access: limit use according to role, purpose and agreement.
- Separation: keep public, internal, confidential, demonstration and real customer data distinct.
- Retention: keep data only for an approved period and provide controlled deletion/correction processes.
Public website boundary
WordPress is the public corporate and knowledge layer. It is not the Brewery Workspace, Product Passport application, Demand Signals engine, customer database, account system or AI-agent runtime. The protected demo and future beta remain separate systems.
Current maturity
The demonstration illustrates selected provenance, version and approval concepts. Production persistence, role-based access, customer segregation, security architecture and enterprise governance are not yet established.
