Facts and commercial details
The brewery reviewer confirms official product facts. The trade partner controls its prices, stock and local conditions. Translations have a named language reviewer.
Sharing and storage
Before exchanging files, name the recipients, purpose, storage location and retention period. Rights and permitted uses are recorded in the pilot agreement.
Secondary use
Sharing across partners or reusing aggregated feedback requires the relevant permissions. Aggregation alone does not establish anonymity.
Correction and withdrawal
Create a new version, identify affected outputs and notify the agreed recipients. Future use stops within the agreed scope; earlier copies need their own replacement or deletion process.
